What is e-Fiche?
e-Fiche, or electronic microfiche, is a simple 'page-turner' service parts catalog delivered on DVD, that replaces all CJD paper and microfiche service parts catalogs. It is comprised of 1 DVD: The DVD covers 2010 and prior vehicles (1981 Jeep, 1982 Truck, Pass Car & Imports)
What features does it have?
Simple navigation by year, family, model, specific catalog information Search by part number or text, forward or backward Image zoom Print a page or an entire book
How often will I get an update?
An update DVD will be sent out on a regular basis when new models are launched and parts are updated.
How much does e-Fiche cost?
The Annual Subscription Fee is $1,200 for US Dealers. This is a one-time charge that is applied to your dealer statement in October, or if you signed up after the enrollment period, you will see the charge on your next invoice.

What does an e-Fiche subscription cover?
Once you subscribe, you will receive 1 DVD.
The DVD covers 1981 Jeep(only) and 1982 Pass Car, Truck & Import through 2010 model Year.
Your Dealership will also be added to our monthly update distribution list.
An update DVD will be sent out on a regular bases when new models are launched and parts are updated.
How do I order e-Fiche?

Do I need to order more than one DVD?
Usually not. One DVD can be loaded onto multiple PCs. The only time you may need to order multiple copies is when you have to keep a set of DVD on hand at different (physical) locations.
Is e-Fiche a replacement for a full Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC)?
No. e-Fiche is a back up catalog program for StarParts in the event the internet goes down.
What type of training/instructions will I receive?
A computer based training module is on every DVD, and written instructions will be distributed on how to install.
When I begin using StarParts, should I discontinue my e-Fiche subscription?
This is an individual preference. However, several StarParts dealers have indicated an interest in having an e-Fiche subscription to use, should their Internet connection become unavailable.
